excusemecatharsAlex's power is the creation and implanting of false memories. This can range from creating a memory in someone's mind of having a pleasant dinner together or of being childhood friends in order to ingratiate himself or to implanting smaller memories of being seen around town in order to create alibis.
The main limitation on Alex's powers are that:
1) He must touch someone, at least briefly, to be able to implant a memory. He cannot implant a memory over the comm alone.
2) He can only implant one fake memory per interaction.
3) The memories seem very real but if what he creates is too illogical or too nonsensical the implantee can figure out that it is fake or, at least, misremembered.
I will always ask before using Alex's power on a player character. At minimum, I need to ask so I can tell you what he would be implanting. That being said, I'd like to know if you are open to being asked. Also, I would like to know if your character is psychic to a degree that they're likely to be able to block Alex's power.
